If you are from anywhere else , you'll have to use a web proxy,

use a web proxy go to webwarper.net or http://ninjahider.com/ or http://filterbay.com or http://sitegetter.net/

Paste this into the URL bar of the proxy site:

http://www.stardoll.com/en/contest/view.php?id=3621

Hit Enter and log into Stardoll.  Fill the boxes with whatever and click 'Enter competition'. '. When the page loads, you can leave the proxy. The freebies should be in your suite (in front of your closet) AFTER A WHILE.
