Good evening readers! How did you spend your week? I hope with your friends and family, maybe went to pool or beach, did some shopping, or just had a nice cup of ice coffee, and some chatting. Just please don't say you spent it all on Stardoll :)
If you spent your last week away of Stardoll, and wondering whether you missed something important, well there comes my weekly recap post. Enjoy!
Instead of usual Stardoll offer upon purchasing stuff/membership/stardollars, this week, on Tuesday to be specific, we got new gift-o-meter.
In order to get all of the gifts on the pic, you needed to spend 300 stardollars and 500 starcoins. Even most things are tacky, I love that cute beige top with cats. There wasn't a problem to users to fill the meter, with new couture store, and you fill it while sending broadcasts, which is great.
Speaking of new couture store, this week we got Gaimbatista Valli couture store.
Yeah, the items are pricey, but I really loved this collection, with out of ordinary pieces, to spice up your virtual wardrobe, and make your outfit stand out. And maybe in a year or 2 you might be able to resell some of the pieces, if you plan to stay that long on Stardoll.
On Thursday, new Villa collection got released.
Some of stuff look familiar to you? Yeah, Stardoll again makes a re-release. The items, in my opinion, are not really nice, but I'm sure there are many creative Stardoll members who can work their magic and use them to make fantastic room(s). Not me though.
Instead of usual Ramadan calendar, this year we got extra Stardoll Academy task.
The good thing is, that we didn't need to spend any stardollars/coins to complete the tasks. Bad thing is, we only got 100 starcoins and 5 starpoints as a reward. Honestly, I was expecting at least Ramadan themed outfit. Some people (including me) had a problem with the last task. The point is, at the last task, you can use any scenery, but when prompted where to save, do not click 'yearbook' but save as usual.
Major let down of the week was realization that Downtown feature comes with new Stardoll app for tablets and iPads. Since there isn't any official info, I am not going to count this as a weekly news, but it is still worth mentioning.
Nice week, right? Now chose your favorite moment, and express your opinion in comments. Until next time,
