1. Log in to Stardoll
2. Go to this link:
http://www.stardoll.com/en/do/campaign/msw-giveitems.php
3. You will be redirected to your suite.
The items should be in a Starplaza bag and box your suite. :)
P.S. It might take some time until the items are delivered to your suite
